consequential damage, or damages resulting from loss of use or loss of
anticipated profits resulting from any defects in ZipWave™ or its
documentation, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some laws do not allow the exclusion of limitation of implied warranties or
liabilities for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or

copyrighted, with all rights reserved to Newave Inc. (Fr.). So any part of
ZipWave™ package, may not be copied, in whole of in part, including
translation to another language or format, without the express written consent
of Newave Inc. (Fr.).
You are
licensed to run this program on a maximum of one machine at a time. It may not
be distributed over a network without a site license. Site licenses are
available for a substantial discount.
